1 Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all services, platforms, AI agents, chatbots, automation workflows, websites, and tools operated by MYGIA LLC. By accessing or using any MYGIA service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
This policy applies to all users — including clients, free trial users, API consumers, and any third party who accesses MYGIA services directly or through a client's deployment. It covers interactions with our AI agents, data submission, content generation, and any use of our automation infrastructure.
MYGIA services are intended for legitimate business automation purposes by adults (18+) in jurisdictions where such services are legal. This AUP is governed exclusively by US federal law and applicable state law. We do not operate under foreign jurisdiction requirements.

Permitted uses must comply with all applicable US federal and state laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), FTC regulations, and any platform-specific terms of service (e.g., Meta, Google, WhatsApp Business API policies).

Violations involving illegal activities, CSAM, terrorism, or data theft will be reported to appropriate US law enforcement agencies, including the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), without prior notice.
4 AI-Specific Restrictions
Because MYGIA operates AI agents and automation systems, special rules govern how these tools may — and may not — be used.
No Professional Advice Substitution
You may not deploy MYGIA AI agents as substitutes for licensed medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other regulated professional advice. AI outputs are informational only. You must include prominent disclaimers when AI interacts with users on these topics and must instruct users to consult licensed professionals.
No Deepfakes or Non-Consensual Synthetic Media
Using MYGIA tools to create deepfakes, voice clones, or synthetic media depicting real individuals without their explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. This includes political deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, and impersonation of public figures for deceptive purposes.
No Deceptive AI Deployment
AI agents must not be deployed to deceive users about their nature when sincerely asked. If a user directly asks whether they are speaking to an AI or a human, the agent must disclose its AI nature. You may give AI agents personas and brand names, but active deception about the AI's fundamental nature is prohibited under FTC guidelines.
No PHI / PII Without Authorization
Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA may not be submitted to any MYGIA system without a signed Business Associate Agreement. Other Personally Identifiable Information (PII) must only be processed with appropriate legal basis (consent, contract, or legitimate interest) and in compliance with applicable US privacy laws including CCPA.
No Reverse Engineering
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, replicate, or derive the source code, training methodologies, underlying models, prompt systems, or business logic of any MYGIA AI service. Systematic probing, adversarial testing, or jailbreaking attempts without written authorization are expressly prohibited.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it in commercial, legal, medical, or financial contexts. MYGIA provides AI as a tool, not as a source of ground truth.
5 Monitoring & Enforcement
MYGIA reserves the right to monitor usage of our services to ensure compliance with this AUP. This may include automated analysis of usage patterns, review of flagged content, and investigation of reported violations. We do not conduct wholesale surveillance of private communications but may review specific interactions where a policy violation is suspected.
We cooperate fully with US law enforcement agencies, including providing records, logs, and user information when presented with a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or search warrant). Emergency disclosures may be made without legal process when there is an imminent threat to life or safety.
- Automated systems flag anomalous usage patterns in real time
- Human review is conducted for suspected serious violations
- Usage logs are retained for a minimum of 90 days
- All enforcement actions are documented internally
We will provide notice before taking enforcement action when possible, except where doing so would alert a violating party and enable continued harm or destruction of evidence.
6 Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and intent:
Formal written warning with required corrective action within 7 days
Temporary suspension of specific features or API access pending review
Suspension of account with no refund of prepaid fees
Immediate permanent termination, forfeiture of all fees, legal action for damages
Referral to federal law enforcement (FBI, FTC, DOJ) and civil litigation
MYGIA reserves the right to determine the severity of any violation at its sole discretion. Repeat violations of any severity will be escalated. We are not obligated to provide refunds for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.
7 Reporting Violations
We take every report seriously. If you believe someone is violating this Acceptable Use Policy — whether a third party using our platform or content generated by our services — please report it immediately.
- Email: [email protected] — include a detailed description and any evidence
- WhatsApp: +1 (954) 228-3490 — for urgent reports
- Subject line: "AUP Violation Report" for faster routing
We commit to acknowledging all reports within 2 business days and completing our investigation within 10 business days for non-urgent matters. Emergency situations involving immediate harm will be prioritized.
Good-faith reporters will be protected from retaliation. We will not disclose your identity to the party being reported without your consent, except where required by law.
