Toggle the switch below to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Your choice is saved in this browser.
1. Your Right to Opt-Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to direct MYGIA — operated by D'LYRA LLC — to stop selling or sharing their personal information with third parties.
This right applies regardless of whether you are currently a customer. If you are not a California resident, we extend this right to you as a courtesy and honor it globally.
You may submit your request at any time, free of charge, and we will process it within 15 business days as required by law.
2. What "Sell" and "Share" Mean
Under California law, these terms have specific legal meanings:
- Sell — Disclosing or making available personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary consideration or other valuable consideration.
- Share — Disclosing or making available personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money is exchanged.
MYGIA may engage in both activities when delivering AI-powered services, analytics, and advertising. We are transparent about this and give you full control.
