Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to direct MYGIA — operated by D'LYRA LLC — to stop selling or sharing their personal information with third parties.

This right applies regardless of whether you are currently a customer. If you are not a California resident, we extend this right to you as a courtesy and honor it globally.

You may submit your request at any time, free of charge, and we will process it within 15 business days as required by law.

Under California law, these terms have specific legal meanings:

• Sell — Disclosing or making available personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary consideration or other valuable consideration.
• Share — Disclosing or making available personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money is exchanged.

MYGIA may engage in both activities when delivering AI-powered services, analytics, and advertising. We are transparent about this and give you full control.

You have multiple ways to exercise your opt-out right:

Once we receive your opt-out request, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 10 business days.
• Complete processing within 15 business days of receiving the request.
• Send you written confirmation that your request has been honored.
• Notify all third parties with whom we have shared your data in the last 90 days to stop using or disclosing it.

Your opt-out preference remains in effect until you revoke it. You may opt back in at any time by contacting us or using the toggle above.

If you opt out, MYGIA will stop selling or sharing your personal information for the purposes described above. However, we may still:

• Use your data internally to provide, maintain, and improve services you have requested.
• Share data with service providers who process data strictly on our behalf under binding contracts.
• Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or law enforcement requests.
• Share data in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice to you).

Opting out does not affect our ability to use properly anonymized or aggregated data from which you cannot reasonably be identified.

As required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125, MYGIA will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. Specifically, we will not:

MYGIA recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device sends a GPC opt-out signal when visiting our website, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request under CCPA and process it automatically.
