1. Your Right to Opt-Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to direct MYGIA — operated by D'LYRA LLC — to stop selling or sharing their personal information with third parties.

This right applies regardless of whether you are currently a customer. If you are not a California resident, we extend this right to you as a courtesy and honor it globally.

You may submit your request at any time, free of charge, and we will process it within 15 business days as required by law.

2. What "Sell" and "Share" Mean

Under California law, these terms have specific legal meanings:

MYGIA may engage in both activities when delivering AI-powered services, analytics, and advertising. We are transparent about this and give you full control.

3. Categories of Information Sold or Shared

In the past 12 months, MYGIA has sold or shared the following categories of personal information:

We do NOT sell sensitive personal information, precise geolocation, or personal information of minors under 16.

4. How to Opt-Out

You have multiple ways to exercise your opt-out right:

Email Request

Send a request to [email protected] with subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information". Include your name and email address used with our services.

WhatsApp Request

Contact our privacy team via WhatsApp at +1 (954) 228-3490. State "Opt-Out CCPA" and we will process your request within 15 business days.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to make the request on your behalf. We will verify the agent's authority before processing. Contact us at [email protected] for the authorization form.

5. Opt-Out Confirmation

Once we receive your opt-out request, we will:

6. Effect of Opting Out

If you opt out, MYGIA will stop selling or sharing your personal information for the purposes described above. However, we may still:

Opting out does not affect our ability to use properly anonymized or aggregated data from which you cannot reasonably be identified.

7. Non-Discrimination Notice

As required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125, MYGIA will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. Specifically, we will not:

Deny you goods or services
Charge you different prices
Provide a different quality of service
Suggest you will receive a penalty
Retaliate against employees
Use opt-out status for targeting

8. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

MYGIA recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device sends a GPC opt-out signal when visiting our website, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request under CCPA and process it automatically.

GPC Signal Honored Automatically
